First Session of TUV Professional Skills Training

Our company invite engineer from TUV for skills training 

To improve sales,designers and engineers' knowledge about safety standard for playground equipment, including indoor playground, trampoline park, outdoor playground, etc.

As the market becomes more and more competitive, new products are coming in every minute. How to make sure what's been developed are safe for children to play? We must follow the international safety standard like EN and ASTM for different market.

First session is focusing on EN-1176-1:2017 which is the latest version updated from EN-1176-1:2008. TUV engineer took real samples to show us where will hide the invisible danger during the design and installation.

Finally, back to the essence of play. We must treat the risk scientifically because risk taking is an essential feature of play provision and of all enviroments in which children legitimately spend time playing.

Play provision aims to offer children the chance to encounter acceptable risks as part of a stimulating, challenging and controlled learning environment.

Play provision should aim at managing the balance between

the need to offer the risk

and

the need to keep children safe from serious harm.
